| It is fully hand painted. There is a very small color adjustment and digital black on top, in the areas where there is only darkblack background, because the paper reflects light in thin pigment areas, even where there is only black color. As you can see the right arm is pulled back and higher than the left as skin of the upper chest area extends above the sword, and finishes with the metal piece on the right shoulder. The right hand is pulled close to the body too and is hidden behind the armor piece of the lower half of the right arm. The body is slightly bended towards left and slightly forward with perspective allowing less light to enter the lower sides of the body. The left breast is lower than the right as a result of the body pose. And the light is coming from higher left angle, almost like a flash light. All textures follow the same light source and structure as well as in their inner greater parts. The left rib cage is lost in shadows which is appropriate for the lower left part of the painting where no light can enter. Technical information for people who cannot grasp it. |
